At Blackheadshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and have original tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
